Data covered by this notice
- If you give the optional advertising-data consent, Google click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, and related campaign parameters.
- UTM values, landing page, first page, referrer, and submission source.
- Lead and Deal lifecycle events, including qualification, proposal, and genuine closed-won outcomes.
- If you give the optional advertising-data consent, normalized email address or phone number that may be securely hashed before transfer to Google.
Why we use consented advertising data
- Connect a consultation or sale to the advertising interaction that generated it.
- Measure qualified-lead cost, converted revenue, and campaign return on investment.
- Prevent bidding systems from optimizing only to low-quality form submissions.
- Where optional consent is recorded, measure or improve new-customer acquisition and create customer exclusions or matched audiences.
Systems and recipients
Attribution and lifecycle records may be processed in Black Swan's WordPress lead system, Google Sheets control records, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Google Ads. Service providers receive only the data needed for the stated purpose. Google explains its own processing in the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional advertising-data use
Black Swan will not persist or submit Google advertising attribution identifiers, or use form contact identifiers for Google Customer Match, enhanced conversions, or equivalent matching, unless the optional advertising-data consent is recorded and the relevant integration is enabled. Hashing changes an email address or phone number into a standardized coded value before transfer, but it is still personal data. Unchecked consent must be treated as a denial for these uses.
Retention and controls
After optional advertising-data consent is granted, first-party browser attribution values may persist for up to 90 days. Before that consent, the dedicated paid path uses same-session URL handoff without persistent advertising storage. CRM and conversion-audit records are retained according to the business relationship, legal requirements, fraud prevention needs, and valid deletion or objection requests. Audience membership should be refreshed from currently eligible, consented records rather than kept indefinitely.
Your choices
- The optional advertising-data checkbox is not required to request a consultation.
- You may withdraw advertising-data consent or object to future matching at any time.
- Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before the request was received.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable obligations.
