The online services and UAE Pass signature are secured through several measures to provide a safe operating environment for users. The signatures are protected using the SHA-256 hashing algorithm.
The SHA is- Standard Hashing Algorithm, was built by the National Security Agency (NSA) in the US. The SHA-256 is a ‘one-way cryptographic function’, which means that it cannot be decrypted back to the original text.
