Black Swan Business Setup Services has been incorporating companies for founders and investors in the UAE since 2016. We work across the Emirates and the wider GCC, with clients setting up in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates, as well as Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UK and selected offshore jurisdictions.
The work is practical and client-facing. People come to us at the point where an idea becomes a company, and our job is to get them licensed, staffed, banked and compliant without wasting their time or money.

The kind of work we do
Our teams sit across six areas, and most roles touch more than one of them:
- Company formation — jurisdiction advice, activity selection, approvals, MoA, trade licences
- Licensing and compliance — renewals, amendments, share transfers, liquidation
- Visas, immigration and PRO — investor and employment visas, Golden Visa, government liaison
- Tax, accounting and audit — corporate tax registration and returns, VAT, bookkeeping, payroll
- Government and product approvals — regulatory clearances, product registration, customs
- Consulting and business support — market entry, feasibility, operating costs, office space
Who tends to do well here
We are not prescriptive about background — our team comes from consulting, accounting, government relations, law, sales and operations. What consistently matters:
- You give people a straight answer. Clients are making expensive decisions on incomplete information. Telling someone the honest trade-off, including when the answer is “not this jurisdiction”, builds more business than telling them what they want to hear.
- You follow through. Most of this work is a chain of dependencies — an attestation that holds up a licence that holds up a visa. The people who do well are the ones who track the chain and chase it.
- You can hold detail. Activity codes, approval routes and document requirements change. Getting them right the first time is the difference between a two-week setup and a two-month one.
- You work across cultures. Our clients and our team span the GCC, South Asia, Europe and beyond. Additional languages are genuinely useful, and for one of the roles above German is the requirement.
Apply
Tell us which role you are applying for and what you have done that is relevant. If you have UAE or GCC experience, say which jurisdictions and authorities you have worked with — that is the detail we look at first.
We read every application. If your background fits something current, we will come back to you to arrange a conversation.
