Trade licence amendments, renewals, share transfers and clean liquidation
A trade licence is not a one-off purchase. Activities get added, shareholders change, managers leave, the office moves, and every one of those events has to be filed with the licensing authority and usually re-notarised. Left undone they surface at renewal, at the bank, or when you try to sell the company.
We handle the amendments, the annual renewals and the paperwork behind them: board and shareholder resolutions, revised memoranda, attestation and legal translation, and the immigration and labour file updates that follow a change of manager or address.

- Trademark registration, renewal and opposition across the GCC
Key features
The expensive version of this is discovering at renewal that the licence no longer matches what the company actually does, or that a shareholder who left two years ago is still on the register. Both are fixable, and both cost more the longer they sit.
The other one is walking away from a company instead of liquidating it. An abandoned licence keeps accruing fines, the visas stay open, and the liability follows the shareholders personally. A clean deregistration closes all of it.
