We are a business setup consultancy that has been helping locals and expatriates incorporate companies in Dubai and the wider Emirates since 2016. Every member of the team has worked in the GCC, and we deliberately serve this region only — the rules here change quickly, and knowing them properly is the whole job. The firm opens in Dubai in 2016, founded to address a specific gap — business setup that was fast, organised and actually result-oriented, rather than a queue of counters and a vague quote.

Go Global, United Kingdom
Black Swan takes part in the UK Go Global start-up forum, the first step in building the international referral relationships that still bring founders to the region today.

Recognised by Dubai’s DED
The Department of Economic Development names Black Swan one of its trusted firms — recognition from the authority that issues the licences we file for.

From Two to Forty
The team grows twentyfold and the firm is featured in Silicon Valley magazine India and Gulf Times Dubai for its support of the start-up community.

Two Sister Businesses
Cyber Swan Marketing Management is founded, followed by Black Swan Business Centre — so clients can find premises and market themselves without leaving the group.

Expansion into Oman, then Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, alongside the United Kingdom — five countries, four offices, one team.

United Arab Emirates
Head office at Citadel Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. Mainland and free zone formation across every emirate, plus the offshore regimes at RAK ICC, JAFZA and Ajman.
Saudi Arabia
An office in Riyadh serving the region’s largest market, from MISA registration through to regional headquarters licensing.
Oman
An office in Muscat covering mainland formation and the free zones at Sohar, Salalah, Duqm and Al Mazunah.
Bahrain
Registration through Sijilat for clients who want the GCC’s lowest-cost licensed entity, or a base a causeway away from Saudi Arabia.
United Kingdom
An office at Bank House, Egham, handling UK company incorporation and the offshore structures that sit alongside it.
Offshore, Further Afield

Then everything that follows the licence: trade licence and name amendments, share transfers, liquidation, trademark registration, visas and PRO services, corporate tax and VAT, bookkeeping, audit and payroll, government and product approvals, and business consulting.

The firm grew from two people to a team of consultants, accountants and PRO specialists spread across four offices — and it is a team you deal with directly rather than through an account manager.
Every engagement has one point of contact who owns the file from the first conversation to the first filing, and who stays reachable afterwards.
