Jr Accountant with exp- Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION
| Position: Jr Accountant | Department: Accounts |
| Experience: 3- 4 years | Education: Graduate in Accounting Or Equivalent Degree – Masters in Accounting & Finance |
| Location: Dubai | Age: Below 29 years |
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting Journal entries in Zoho Books
- Preparing estimates and sharing with the consultants
- Bank Reconciliation and PRO account settlement as per the TAT
- Preparing monthly accounting reports and sharing with the management
- Sending email reminders, follow ups with clients for pending payments
- Coordination with Clients for SOA, Sharing govt receipts, pending payments, query resolution if any
- Complete VAT filing for each quarter- by preparing the workings and submitting on FTA portal
- for Black Swan and all its group companies
- Completing CT registration and filing for all Black Swan and its group companies
- Preparation of monthly P& L and sharing with management for review along with insights
- Co-ordinate and provide support to auditor in providing data for Black Swan and its group
- company audit
- Ensuring the audit is completed within the stipulated timelines
- Knowledge on UAE laws and latest govt regulations, FTA
Functional Skills :
- Tally or Zoho Books
- Accounting Knowledge
