Shams LLC (Limited Liability Company) is an independent entity, where the shareholders and owners of the company are separated by the company structure. Company liabilities arising from contract or otherwise are liabilities of the company, not the shareholders’ personal liabilities. Similarly, the assets of the company are company assets, not the shareholders’ personal assets.
