How many renewals does a Bahraini company have?
Typically the Commercial Registration and municipal licence, plus any sector approvals, each on their own cycle. We put them on one calendar.
Can I change activities after registration?
Yes, by amending the CR. New activities may need their own approvals before they are activated.
How do I change the manager or shareholding?
Through a notarised amendment to the Memorandum, reflected on the CR, the bank mandate and work permit records.
Can you take over a company you did not set up?
