Consulting and Business Support

Market entry advice, feasibility, office space and ongoing support

Registering the company is the easy part. The harder questions come before and after it: whether the market supports what you are planning, how to price into it, what the real cost of operating here is once visas and premises are counted, and who runs the admin when you are not in the country.
We work on those alongside the licensing. Market research and feasibility before you commit, business plans and operating plans that a bank or a partner will take seriously, and business centre space, HR and retained support once you are trading.

Service overview

Market research and competitor analysis, feasibility studies and financial projections, business and operating plans, pricing and go-to-market strategy, franchise structuring, HR consultancy and company policy drafting, and flexible workspace: Ejari-registered offices, flexi-desks, co-working space and meeting rooms sized to the visa quota you actually need.

Key features

A lot of setup advice is really sales advice: the package that suits the consultant gets recommended, and the office is always bigger than you need. We would rather tell you the market is thinner than you think, or that a smaller flexi-desk covers your headcount for another year.
That is also why we quote in writing with government fees itemised separately. If the numbers do not work, you should be able to see that before you commit, not after the licence is issued.

Not sure which route fits?

Tell us the activity, where you want to trade and how many visas you need. We will come back with a recommendation and a written quote.
