Do I need more than one licence?
Generally yes — a commercial registration plus a municipal licence, with fire approval and any sector approval on top.
Can I apply before leasing premises?
A lease in the company name is normally required for the municipal licence, so premises and licensing are linked. Confirm licensability before committing.
What does fire approval cover?
Premises safety provisions appropriate to the activity. Designing to it is cheaper than remediating after an inspection.
Is Chamber membership necessary?
It is required for many routine transactions including document attestation, so in practice most companies obtain it.
How often do licences renew?
