Who applies for the permit?
The employer, for a specific role. It is not a permit the individual holds independently of the job.
What is the labour market test?
The authorities assess whether a Seychellois could fill the role. In a small labour market this is a genuine constraint, not a formality.
Can I work on my own account?
There is a self-employed route, but the activity must not be reserved for Seychellois. We check that first.
Does investing give me residence?
There are investor routes with their own conditions and approvals. Buying property does not by itself grant residence.
Can my family join me?
Dependant applications are generally possible alongside the principal permit, and we handle them together.
