Monthly, without exception
Payroll & HR Administration in Seychelles
Seychelles payroll runs monthly: tax withheld from remuneration and pension fund contributions, both reported and paid.

Two streams, one rhythm
Income tax on remuneration is withheld and paid to the Seychelles Revenue Commission monthly. Pension fund contributions run alongside. Both are reported monthly, non-monetary benefits are brought into charge, and late filing attracts penalties. Discipline is the whole of it.
- Both streams calculated correctly, every month
- Non-monetary benefits brought into charge properly
- Returns filed on time with reminders ahead

Questions
Seychelles payroll — FAQs
How often is payroll reported?
Monthly. Withholding and pension fund contributions are both reported and paid monthly.
Are benefits in kind taxed?
Yes. Non-monetary benefits such as accommodation or a vehicle are brought into charge, and this is commonly missed.
What happens if a return is late?
Penalties and interest apply. Monthly discipline is the only protection.
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. We need the prior records to carry forward correctly and we reconcile before taking over.
Do foreign employees pay the same?
Withholding applies to remuneration generally, with details depending on current rules. We apply what is in force rather than assumptions.
