Why are Seychelles quotes so cheap?
Because they usually cover year one only, and omit the annual renewal, the accounting record obligation and compliance filings. The second year is where the real cost shows.
Is the registered agent fee avoidable?
No. A licensed registered agent is a statutory requirement for an IBC, and the fee is annual.
What does the accounting obligation cost?
Records must be kept in Seychelles with an annual financial summary, so there is a real recurring cost even for a dormant company. We state it.
Are banking costs included?
No. Bank onboarding is separate, uncertain and often the hardest part. We are clear about that rather than implying it is routine.
Will fees change?
Government and agent fees are revised from time to time. We notify you before renewal rather than after.
