Paperwork, in the right order
Incorporation Documents & Attestation for Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia is strict about document form. Papers issued abroad need attesting, legalising and translating before anyone will accept them.

The step that sets your timeline
The Saudi filings themselves are not slow. Getting a board resolution attested, legalised through the Saudi mission and translated by an approved translator is, and none of it can be accelerated from Riyadh.
- Attestation chain mapped for your specific country
- Checklist issued before you start collecting
- Translation and notarisation handled here
Mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions we file in — so the recommendation is based on your activity, not on which authority we happen to be registered with.

The chain
How a document issued abroad becomes usable
Each link is done in order; skipping one means starting again.
| Stage | Where | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Issue | Country of origin | The document exists in proper form |
| Notarisation | Country of origin | A notary has verified signatures or the copy |
| Government attestation | Country of origin | The relevant ministry confirms the notary |
| Saudi mission legalisation | Saudi embassy or consulate abroad | Saudi Arabia recognises the chain so far |
| Ministry attestation | In Saudi Arabia | Final confirmation once the document arrives |
| Certified translation | In Saudi Arabia | An approved Arabic translation |
The exact chain depends on the issuing country and the receiving authority and changes. Yours is confirmed in writing before you begin.
How it works
Getting the file ready
An hour on the checklist beats three weeks on a rejection.
Checklist for your structure
A document list specific to your shareholders, entity type and licence category — not a generic list that half applies.
Attestation abroad
We map the chain for each country involved and tell you what to instruct locally, running while the Saudi-side work is prepared.
Translation and notarisation
Certified Arabic translation and notarisation of the Articles completed here, and the file assembled for submission.

Questions
Saudi documents and attestation — FAQs
Why does attestation take so long?
Each link happens in a different office, often a different city, and none can be chased from Saudi Arabia. Starting it on day one is the only real lever.
Is an apostille enough?
It depends on the issuing country and the receiving authority. Saudi requirements have historically leaned on consular legalisation, so we confirm the current position for your country before you instruct anyone.
Do documents expire?
Many authorities accept only recently issued or attested documents, and certificates of good standing go stale. We sequence collection so nothing expires mid-process.
Who can translate the documents?
Translation into Arabic generally has to be done by an approved translator in Saudi Arabia. A translation done abroad is often not accepted.
What if a document is rejected?
Usually a link was missed or a detail does not match the passport spelling. We identify which and tell you what must be redone.
