Visit visas

Only people on the first, second, or third level of competence, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, and young graduates of the 500 finest colleges in the world would be able to get this new form of visa.

Visitors who are related to or friends with a UAE citizen or resident can now apply for an admission permit for Dubai and the UAE. You don’t need a sponsor or a host for this form of permit.

The multiple-entry visa

The tourist visa with more than one entrance is good for five years. It lets the holder stay in the United Arab Emirates for up to 90 days straight, and these 90 days can be extended for another 90 days. Please keep in mind that you can’t stay in the UAE for more than 180 days in a year.

The only thing you have to do to get this visa is show proof that you have a bank balance of at least $4,000 or its foreign currency equivalent. (over the last six months). You won’t need a sponsor or host for this form of visa.

Before, sons could only be sponsored until they were 18. Now, they can be sponsored until they are 25. Girls, on the other hand, can be sponsored by their parents at any age, as long as they are not married. Also, there is no age limit on how old a child can be before their parents can sponsor them.

Who is eligible for the Golden Visa?

Green Visa

The Green Visa programme lets people stay in the U.S. for 5 years and is for numerous groups of people, including:

• Green Visa for self-employed or freelancers: The MOHRE must give the applicant a permit. (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization) The second requirement is that the business must have made at least AED 360,000 in sales in each of the two years before the application.
• Green Visa for qualified employees: They must have a valid job contract and a salary of at least AED 15,000 per month.
• Green Visa for Partners and Investors: You don’t need a sponsor to get this form of visa, which is better for investors or partners of an agency or firm.

Grace period after visa cancellation or expiration

In the past, when an expat’s resident visa ran out or was cancelled, they had 30 days to leave the UAE or find new employment that would provide them with a residency visa.
