Fees, deadlines and filing obligations are set by statute and change. Striking off and restoration procedures apply where renewals lapse. An International Business Company must at all times have a registered agent licensed by the Financial Services Authority. That is a statutory requirement in Seychelles, not a commercial preference. We co-ordinate your engagement with a licensed Seychelles registered agent and manage the process end to end; the regulated filings are made by them.

What happens if I miss the annual fee?
Penalties accrue and the company can be struck from the register. Restoration is possible but costs considerably more than renewing.
Can I keep a company dormant cheaply?
The annual fees, agent engagement and accounting obligations still apply. Dormancy is cheaper than trading, not free.
How quickly must beneficial ownership changes be filed?
Within the prescribed period, which is short. Late filing is a compliance breach, not a formality.
Can I change the registered agent?
Yes, through a transfer process. We co-ordinate it so the company does not lapse mid-transfer.
Is the company struck off automatically?
Striking off follows a process after default. The practical point is not to get there.
